Understanding and practicing Yoga not only focused on Asana, for me it is a very fundamental part of the practice.

That is why my classes are made up of philosophical content, energy awareness, breathing and connecting with your physical and mental abilities.

Classes focused on fluid movement, but stopping at each posture to feel its effect.

I like to finish with a guided Savasana, allowing us to enter even deeper into subtle fields.
