The Yoga Teacher Training Course is aimed at people who want evolve in the practice of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Deepen in their knowledge of philosophy, theory and practice of the discipline of Yoga. Teach Yoga and learn the tools to transmit teaching safely and confidently, to have more resources and offer better practices and classes to practitioners and students
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
It is a dynamic and fluid style where clear and defined posture sequences (Vinyasa Krama) are worked in combination with breathing, without forgetting the technique and correct alignment.

- For those who have practiced yoga for at least 6 months.
Who this training is not for:
- If you have never practiced yoga
- If you have been practicing for less than 6 months.
- If you don't have time to dedicate to internships and studies.

Text study: Yoga Sutras- Bhagavad Gita
The paths of Yoga
Nada Yoga: Meditation practice, concentration and relaxation with Tibetan bowls
Yoga teacher ethics - Code of conduct.
Asana: Development and practice of an individual Sadhana.
In-depth study of the main Asanas in their physical aspect (anatomy, alignment, benefits in the body) and energy (energy spirals of the muscle chains, energy effects).
Pranayama: Conscious breathing – Simple Pranayamas – Respiratory system.
Energetic and subtle anatomy: Bandhas – Mudras – The 5 sheaths – Pranic body and the 5 Vayus – Energetic and subtle body.
Yoga Anatomy: Joints and biomechanics of the body in relation to the practice of Yoga.
Bhakti Yoga: concept of Puja, Japa, Kirtan
Mantra yoga: chanting mantras using the Shruti box, an Indian musical instrument
Pedagogy and Methodology: “The art of teaching” – Principles for creating a Vinyasa sequence –
Basic structure of a class – Creation of sequences –
Where to teach? How to teach? – Group and individual teaching codes – How to start and evolve as a teacher.
Vinyasa Krama: Creation of classes according to the concept of Vinyasa Krama introduced by master Krishnamacharya.
