Hatha Yoga

Teacher: Andrea

The asana practices give breathing spaces in each one, on average between 5 and 10 breaths, so it is a practice also accessible to new students since it gives them time to enter the position and find focus. At the same time, the classes allow you to build strength and flexibility and there are instructions to enter more advanced variations that require more physical preparation, focus and balance.

Hatha Vinyasa

Teachers: Coni, Anaïs

It is a yoga practice to connect deeper with your body through your senses. They are challenging and at the same time kind classes, where through the different postures you manage to mobilize energy, emotions and have a deeper knowledge of your being. It is also perfect for practitioners of all levels.

Yin Yoga

Teacher: Elena

It is a space to learn to be friends with the present through conscious breathing. To transform internal silence into comfort. To connect with the subtlety and depth of our physical, emotional and energetic body. To observe ourselves and surrender to simply Being.
