Discover the different styles of yoga that you can practice at the Club, explained by our teachers.
Hatha Yoga
Teacher: Andrea
The asana practices give breathing spaces in each one, on average between 5 and 10 breaths, so it is a practice also accessible to new students since it gives them time to enter the position and find focus. At the same time, the classes allow you to build strength and flexibility and there are instructions to enter more advanced variations that require more physical preparation, focus and balance.
Hatha Vinyasa
Teachers: Coni, Anaïs
It is a yoga practice to connect deeper with your body through your senses. They are challenging and at the same time kind classes, where through the different postures you manage to mobilize energy, emotions and have a deeper knowledge of your being. It is also perfect for practitioners of all levels.
Jivamukti SW
Teacher: Andrea
This style of yoga appears in New York in the 80s and is a comprehensive yoga method.
“Jiva” means individual soul and “mukti” comes from “moksa”, liberation.
As its name indicates, it has the purpose of finding liberation in life through practice and compassion towards all living beings.
Sadhana Yoga
Teacher: Naïr
Sadhana means 'spiritual effort towards a goal' and is connected to the daily practice that one builds for one's personal and spiritual growth. That is what we will do with Naïr every Thursday at 7:30 in the morning, continue with a constant and complete Vinyasa practice, with meditation, pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures) and personal projections; to build together a routine that will accompany us throughout our lives.
