He has  been inspired and trained (RYS 500 Yoga Alliance) by teachers in India, France, Colombia, Spain, Bali and Korea, helping you  develop your own style by mixing each of the  teachings.

His classes are balanced, creative and adapted to the level and needs of each individual. He likes to start with dynamic sequences to strengthen the body, continue with specific posture work and stretching before relaxation and meditation. Conscious breathing is present throughout the class and each class is unique.
